Accredited LAT calibration certificate for pressure gauges digital transmitters and transducers pressure (strain gauge and piezoresistive)
In-house method calibration“
This calibration procedure is suitable for certain families of pressure gauges: digital pressure gauges, strain-gauge and piezoresistive pressure transmitters and transducers. For these instruments, the “internal method” can be used regardless of their nominal uncertainty. Check with the laboratory to see whether your instrument falls into one of these categories.
- 6 pressure points
- a complete cycle
- two upward cycles of 2 points at approximately 0% FS and 50% FS
- 16 points of comparison in total
- identification of the error and the expanded measurement uncertainty for each measurement point (6)
- determination of the expanded uncertainty in the event that corrections are not applied
- determination of the maximum measurement uncertainty over the entire measuring range
- determination of the maximum uncertainty across the entire measurement range, in the event that no corrections are applied
- graph showing errors and associated uncertainties
